Kalmadi CWG Scam - A mockery of judicial system

First of all our Judiciary system is at fault, why arrest someone and later let them go on bail? is this all part of a well staged act? first few times CBI will oppose any bail petition and then they wont, why? god only knows. We believe it is part of this corrupt government's game plan which is, if you are accused and if media is pounding on the issue, arrest the accused, put him/her in jail for few months so that media will loose attention on them, slowly grant bail and get the accussed back on track. Well first we got independence from British and now we may have to fight for independence from an Italian family.
